Bedford Communications, Inc. Wins Two Eddie Awards

New York, NY - November 18, 2004 - Bedford Communications, Inc. is proud to announce that two of its leading titles received recognition at the 15th Annual Eddie Awards presented Monday, November 15, 2004 during the Celebration of Excellence Awards Gala that kicked off the Folio: New York Show. LAPTOP won silver in the Consumer Technology/Computing category and SURGE won silver in the Consumer Entertainment Under 250,000 category.

The Eddies were open to all magazines - consumer, business-to-business, associations and online. With hundreds of titles competing, the entrants were judged on the quality of their content and how the overall design and production supported their mission statement. The judges were a "Who's Who" of the industry's leading editors, publishers, and consultants. Their combined expertise ran the gamut from the largest consumer magazines to the smallest trade publications, both specialty and general interest.
